To be successful in a job interview or in almost any interview situation, the applicants hould demonstrate certain personal and professional qualities.
Most likely, the first and often a lasting impression of a person is determined by the clothes he wears. The job applicant should take care to appear well-groomed and modestly dressed, avoiding the extremes of too pompous or too casual attire .
Besides care for personal appearance, he should pay close attention to his manner of speaking, which should be neither ostentatious nor familiar but rather straight forward, grammatically accurate, and in a friendly way.
In addition, he should be prepared to talk knowledgeably about the requirements of the position, for which he is applying in relation to his own professional experience and interests.
And finally, the really impressive applicant must convey a sense of self-confidence and enthusiasm for work, as these are factors all interviewers value highly.

There are two reasons that account for this strange phenomenon. One is that some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world around them. They pursue too high goals and are too particular about such factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant to accept the job when they are offered to them. Another reason is that the majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As a result, they can only sit and miss opportunities.
To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to material aspects of the job. They should put priority to their future development and their contributions to society in stead. Firstly, if you are passers-by, I think we will find a lot about several couples of boyfriends and girlfriends under the dorms or dim corners or in the classes without anybody for close postures, as youngsters, it is normal without asking cause about that.
Secondly, even worth mentioning is that many young boys and girls couldn’t attend classes and courses instead of traveling to some scenery and sight places or doing other things only to turn out that they loved each other.
