     China is rich in various energy resources. Coal and petroleum, for instance, are two major trees. They ave essential in developing the country's industry, ,science and technology. China has done a great deal in the past few decades to raise the output of coal and petroleum.

     These energy resources are being used up rapidly, however. With the building of four modernizations, new industrial and science projects axe springing up like bam booshoots after a spring rain. They are all enormous consumers of energy resources. Be sides, there has been great waste in using these resources.

     To avoid energy crisis in the future, the government must take measures. First, it should let the people know, through education, the importance of ,saving energy. Sec ond, efforts should be made in opening up new energy resources, such as solar energy, geothermal energy and so on. We have reasons to be optimistic in this respect.

     中國(guó)能源豐富，譬如，煤和油是兩種主要資源。這些能源在發(fā)展國(guó)家工業(yè)、科技方面是必要的。在過(guò)去的幾十年中，為了提高煤和石油的產(chǎn)量，中國(guó)已經(jīng)做了大量的工作。

     然而，這些能源正被迅速消耗。隨著四個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的建設(shè)，新的工業(yè)和科學(xué)工程像雨后春筍—樣發(fā)展起來(lái)，這些工程都需要消耗大量能源。另外，在使用這些能源的過(guò)程中也有許多浪費(fèi)。

     為了避免未來(lái)的能源危機(jī)，政府必須采取措施。首先，應(yīng)當(dāng)通過(guò)教育讓人們知道節(jié)能的重要性。其次，應(yīng)努力開發(fā)新的能源，如太陽(yáng)能、地?zé)崮艿鹊�。在這方面我們有理由樂(lè)觀。
