Norman door 諾曼門(mén)

Norman door is a door with a design that makes it difficult to determine the correct way to open the door.  不知道怎么開(kāi)門(mén)才是正確的，有這樣設(shè)計(jì)的門(mén)就稱(chēng)為“諾曼門(mén)”。   A so-called "Norman Door" has design elements that give you the wrong usability signals to the point that special signage is needed to clarify how they work. Without signs, a user is left guessing about whether to push or pull, creating needless frustration1.  所謂的“諾曼門(mén)”的設(shè)計(jì)元素給你錯(cuò)誤的使用信號(hào)，以至于需要特殊的標(biāo)識(shí)讓人搞清楚該怎么開(kāi)關(guān)。如果沒(méi)有標(biāo)識(shí)，使用者就要猜測(cè)該推還是拉，導(dǎo)致不必要的挫敗。
