中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)介紹--教案第四單元

當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)在機(jī)制不斷增強(qiáng)，基本做到了速度、質(zhì)量和效益的統(tǒng)一。但是我們也要清醒地看到，世界上還沒(méi)有一個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展長(zhǎng)盛不衰，永遠(yuǎn)保持高速度。中國(guó)也不可能例外。 Our economy is doing really well,the internal mechanism for economic growth has been strengthened.We have,to a long extent,struck the right balance between speed,quality and economic benefit.But it is also very clear to us that no countries in the world that can perpetuate an economic boom and high-speed growth.China wont be an exception.   改革開放取得的成就是有目共睹的。但是，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化，又出現(xiàn)了一些新的矛盾和問(wèn)題。比如，國(guó)企改革問(wèn)題，大量失業(yè)和待業(yè)問(wèn)題、兩級(jí)分化問(wèn)題、腐敗問(wèn)題、金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題、生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞問(wèn)題等。這些問(wèn)題都需要我們高度重視、盡快找到有效的解決辦法。 The achievements of the reform have been there for all to see.But,as the economic climate changes,there are now new problems.These include the reform of the state-owned enterprises,substantial unemployment,the polarisation of income corruption,risks in the financial sector and ecological and environmental damage.All of them require our immediate attention and effective solutions in the shortest time possible.   我個(gè)人認(rèn)為，當(dāng)前中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要注意以下幾個(gè)方面：一是加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)投資引導(dǎo)，運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律手段，約束高檔商品房的盲目發(fā)展，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房建設(shè)。二是做好國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)，及時(shí)制定應(yīng)對(duì)方案。 Personally,I believe China needs to pay attention to the following areas.One,we must provide guidance more forcefully using economic and legal means in the property development market,to restrict the blind development in up-market properties,and to promote the construction of economical and practical properties.Two,we must monitor international as well as domestic economic development closely so as to be able to respond quickly.   三是加強(qiáng)對(duì)汽車和鋼材等行業(yè)的宏觀監(jiān)控，禁止低水平重復(fù)建設(shè)和無(wú)序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。既要及早制止某些行業(yè)過(guò)熱傾向的進(jìn)一步蔓延，又要鼓勵(lì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的合理因素。這里需要解決的是如何掌握分寸的問(wèn)題。 Three,we must strengthen the regulation of the automobile and steel industries,reigning in low-grade repetitive construction and disorderly competition.We need to stop overheating in some sectors from spreading while at the same time encouraging rational elements in our economic growth.This is an issue of maintaining the right balance.   既要調(diào)控和引導(dǎo)一些行業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的投資增長(zhǎng)過(guò)快的傾向，又要采取措施解決部分生產(chǎn)要素供需矛盾加劇的問(wèn)題。四是多方采取措施，解決部分地區(qū)電力供應(yīng)緊張問(wèn)題。要切實(shí)加強(qiáng)水資源管理，緩解部分地區(qū)的缺水局面，同時(shí)加快城市和農(nóng)業(yè)用水價(jià)格的改革進(jìn)度。 While we need to regulate the overheating of investment in some sectors.we need to take measures to solve the problem of supply falling further behind demand in others.Four, we need to coordinate our efforts to solve the problem of severe shortages of power supply in some regions.We must improve the management of water resources and seek to reduce water shortages in some regions.At the same time,we must accelerate the reform of water pricing in cities and rural areas.
