Unit 4How do you go to school? Teaching aims: 1、技能目標:學生能聽懂本課錄音;能聽懂師生之間就本課內(nèi)容而展開的一切形式的問答;會和別人展開對話,了解和傳遞信息;能將本課重難點理解透徹,靈活恰當運用;無大的語言錯誤;就類似話題創(chuàng)造性地自編對話,掌握比較級的用法。 2、知識目標:掌握下面的短語take subway train 和句子How do you get to school?的用法。 3、情感目標:讓學生感受到他們學習英語是為了在現(xiàn)實生活進行交流,而不單純是為了英語課和應(yīng)付考試而學習;讓學生感受到他們是英語學習活動中的主體和中心,以此來激勵他們在英語課上積極參與,追求創(chuàng)新,使學生愛學英語,愛說英語,想說口語。 4.學習策略目標:改變傳統(tǒng)的死記硬背,積極主動的投入到語言的實踐中去,用英語去思考問題,在實踐中提高語言的綜合使用能力,加深對基礎(chǔ)知識的掌握和記憶,學會使用brains storing 。 5、文化意識目標:中外交通規(guī)則差異 Difficult and important points: How do you get to school? I take the …/ride …/ walk… 、Teaching method 1 交際法和情景法教學。 2 以學生為中心和任務(wù)型教學,并輔助于TPR全身反應(yīng)教學法及猜謎活動,調(diào)動各層次學生的自主能動性。 3 閱讀文段的practice方法是: ①表層分析---復(fù)述應(yīng)答:要求學生機械重復(fù)文段中的內(nèi)容,使課文信息再現(xiàn)(是非題,課后問答題,圖表填空題等) ②深層剖析---推斷應(yīng)答:要求學生利用信息憑借經(jīng)驗理解讀物的“弦外之音”(指導(dǎo)性問題和細節(jié)性問題) ③整體評價---自由交際:要求學生用所學知識,對新情景進行交際(教師選恰當?shù)呐c課文相關(guān)和有關(guān)社會熱點Topics) Teaching tools:卡片、錄音機、多媒體 注:1、課前已分好組,已形成合作競爭探究的教學模式。 2、多媒體輔助:用flash軟件將本課所要的動畫、錄音、圖片、文字、圖表和音樂制成課件,使抽象變得直觀,實現(xiàn)生生互動,師生互動,人機互動多向交流。 Teaching Procedures: Step 1 Warming up 1. Enjoy an English song. 《Over The Mountains》 2.Ask them”Do you remember? what transportations are in the song?” Show the words: ride a horse, take a ship, take the train, take a car. (通過看flash短片,聽英語歌曲,來引入一些交通工具,讓學生積極主動的思考總結(jié),多媒體增加趣味性,效果事半功倍) Step 2 Guessing game: (進一步學習交通工具) T:What kind of transportation is it? ①--- It is very useful. You may ride it to school . --- A bike. ②--- Many people take it to work and home in the city. It’s just like a big box. --- A bus. ③--- It is a car, and you can take it to many places. But you should pay the money.--- A taxi. ④--- It is like a train but goes under the ground. --- A subway. 通過有趣的猜詞活動,讓學生在熱鬧的課堂氣氛中學會并掌握新詞。 Step3Presentation 1.T:There are some transportations. How do you get to school?(板書) Ss: I take the bus /plane/ boat / ship / car / taxi to school 2.Look at some pictures and have the students learn some more words and expressions about some transportations such as“take a car,by car ,ride a bike,by bike... Step 4 Game 1.Show the pictures of film or sing stars and get to guess how they get to work. T: How does Yaoming / Liuyifei / Zhoujielun...get to work? S1: Yaoming rides the bike to work every day. 2.Get to ask and answer in pairs by using the pictures below How does …get to …? She/He gets to …by… 通過給學生展示喜聞樂見的明星圖片,激發(fā)學生猜的興趣,從而無形的讓學生將所學的知識脫口而出,不但操練了句型和詞匯,也增加學生的語言熟練程度,同時濃厚了課堂的氣氛。 Step 5 Practice 1.Listen and mark of 1a in books, after that , get to ask and answer in pairs from the picture. 2.Listen and write the number of 1b in the book,get to say the answers 3. Watch a short movie and choose the right order they hear the transportations. 通過看電影短片,學生又進一步牢固地掌握了所學交通工具。利用多媒體復(fù)習所學單詞,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)與英語的經(jīng)典整合。 Step 6 Make a survey Ask the classmates : “How do you get to school?” Then fill in the form. classmates How do you get to school? 2. Make a report Bob takes the bus to school and Yang Lan rides her bike to school. But I get to school on foot. 在調(diào)查環(huán)節(jié),學生盡情的參與活動,將本節(jié)課推向高潮。 Step 7 General training Ⅰ.Phrases 乘公共汽車步行 ____________________ 乘飛機 乘地鐵________________________ 騎車 乘火車________________________ Ⅱ.Fill in the blanks with the words give already. ridetake get to by 1) How do you ________ school in the morning? 2) When it rains,I _______ a taxi. 3) I like to ______ my bike on the weekend. 4) Mary’s mother gets to work car. 5)My math teacher the bus to work. Step 8 Homework 1) Collect more pictures oftransportations. (收集交通工具的照片) 2) Make a survey--- How do your family members get to school or work?And give a report. 3)Write a composition: Where are you going for vacation? How are you getting there? Who are you going with? What are you doing there? How long are you staying? 教學感悟與反思: 本節(jié)課詞匯較多,但由于詞匯均涉及學生的生活實際,而且在課堂中,我采用圖文并貌,突出真實性,同時,我在教學中采用了任務(wù)型教學,設(shè)計了有層次和一定剃度且有啟發(fā)性的問題,讓他們在富有情趣的交際中愉快地主動地接受信息、加工信息、交流信息。而且和諧、融洽的課堂氣氛,有利于激發(fā)他們的學習興趣,在有興趣的前提下使他們的想象力得到了充分發(fā)揮,他們把學習變成了自己主動、渴望的一種行為。因此本課的教學目標在愉悅的課堂氣氛中得到落實和鞏固。 同伴評價: a.多媒體教學使課堂生動活潑,增加了教學容量,使老師更好的利用課堂45分鐘。 b.基本按照新課標的要求讓學生成為課堂的主體,讓他們多說多練,教學效果較好。 c.隨堂的幾道習題幫助學生更好的掌握了所學。 d.由于學生較多,所以設(shè)計的活動有些進行得很倉促. e.對于基礎(chǔ)較差的學生來說,課堂容量較大,很難進行完。【新目標英語八年級上冊教案Unit 4 How do you go to】相關(guān)文章:
