Good morning everyone. It is my great honour to stand here to present my lesson. Today I will talk about unit XX from my contents consist of the following parts: teaching material, teaching aims, teaching focus, teaching difficult points, teaching methods, teaching aids, and teaching procedures. well firstly, ill talk about part I, analysis of the teaching material. after browing the unit, i have concluded the following features of this unit. there are some pictures and colorful letters.these will arise students interest in learning english. it lays stress on the communication. according to the problem of chinese students, a lot of mateials are design to improve the students abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. then ill talk about teaching aims and demands. there are knowledge aims and ability aims. knowledge aims are to enable the students to grasp main idea of text and master the words, phrases and sentences. abiliti aims are to improve students reading abilities by fast, careful reading and group work. next is difficult points. it is very hard to improve students reading ability in the limited time, so i choose several teaching methods such as, task-based teaching and learning and cooperative learning. i think these cooperative teaching is suitable for improving students reading competence and cultivate their cooperative spirit. next is the teaching aids. in this class,ill use pictures, ppt and teape-recorder. these can attract students attention and arise the students interest in learning english. now ill talk about the most important part, teaching procedures. it consist of 5 steps step I is pre-reading. here ill show some pictures for them and ask them to talk with each other.By this, the class atmosphere will be activated and the students can pay their attention to class easily.  step two is......................  ............ (group work) as we know, the kids are very active and like playing games, so during my class, ill design some interesting games to activate them to participate and learn sth. i think theyll be interested in the class.
