　　First of all, I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to my academic supervisor,Professor Rao Zhenhui, for his valuable advice, guidance and constructive comments throughout the development of this thesis and for making available to me the relevant books and materials. His religious devotion to study and research has greatly impressed me and will definitely have a permanent effect on my future life and study.

　　I would like to take this opportunity to express heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers who have taught me and helped me during the years of my study in Jiangxi Normal University. 　　煙臺(tái)澳利威公司已經(jīng)做出了一點(diǎn)讓步，已經(jīng)把拖欠6工人的部分生活費(fèi)和勞動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)合計(jì)2至3個(gè)月發(fā)放下來(lái)，這當(dāng)然與6工人的合法要求遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，我工會(huì)將會(huì)繼續(xù)采取相應(yīng)的法律措施來(lái)繼續(xù)追繳余下的大部分欠款。但這畢竟已經(jīng)是取得了一個(gè)階段性勝利，如果沒(méi)有您們的幫助，我工會(huì)絕不會(huì)取得這一勝利的。

　　I will like to inform you that last week the dismissed six collected a small part of our compensation claim, amounting to twoorthree months wages for each of them. In average it means around 1000 RMB each. This is still a long way from our original claim of one to two years wages. While refusing to give up our claim we decided to take the partial compensation first. We will continue to press the company to pay the rest of the compensation, in addition to continue to demand the return of the employment files of dismissed workers an various others legitimate claims.

　　The company’s partial concession is the result of your support to us, which is essential in bringing enough pressure on the company through media exposure, without which the company would not even considering the payment of this small sum of compensation to us.
