首先必須知道的是:在對(duì)方?jīng)]有主動(dòng)提到“薪資”的時(shí)候,我們應(yīng)聘者千萬(wàn)不要貿(mào)然地直接詢(xún)問(wèn),這時(shí)我們可以用一些慣用的語(yǔ)句來(lái)委婉表達(dá)這層意思,比如:“I was expecting something like … ”或者“ I was thinking of …” ,

但意外的是,面試官有時(shí)卻會(huì)說(shuō):“Well, the starting salary for this position is RMB 2,000 a month.”當(dāng)我們聽(tīng)到這些話的時(shí)候,千萬(wàn)不要在臉上表現(xiàn)出緊張或者極不自然的神情;也不要直接就薪水討價(jià)還價(jià)。否則,你會(huì)引起面試官的反感,甚至丟掉這份工作,特別是在一些國(guó)際知名的大公司。這時(shí)我們需要做的,最好是謙虛地和他溝通:“I was thinking of something more like four to five thousand, considering my qualification. But it depends on the pay scale. Would there be regular increments?”
