如何應(yīng)對(duì)英語(yǔ)面試口語(yǔ)
第一部分準(zhǔn)備英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)
對(duì)口語(yǔ)的考查,各個(gè)學(xué)校各不相同,
如何應(yīng)對(duì)英語(yǔ)面試口語(yǔ)
。有的學(xué)校制定了非常詳細(xì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程,甚至規(guī)定了每個(gè)老師發(fā)問(wèn)的方式和時(shí)間;有的只是面試老師的自由發(fā)揮,成績(jī)也基本上由面試?yán)蠋熤饔^判定。不管面試是否嚴(yán)格控制, 考生對(duì)下面幾個(gè)問(wèn)題一定要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備:
1.是自我介紹,如自己來(lái)自什么地方、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)、業(yè)余喜好、家庭基本情況等信息;
2.是做好用英語(yǔ)講解自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)?谡Z(yǔ)測(cè)試時(shí)老師很可能考查你用英語(yǔ)闡述專(zhuān)業(yè)問(wèn)題的能力。因此考生對(duì)此要有所準(zhǔn)備,先用筆頭組
織這些問(wèn)題的要點(diǎn),然后再用這些關(guān)鍵詞組織語(yǔ)言。在閱讀專(zhuān)業(yè)文獻(xiàn)時(shí),也要多積累一些專(zhuān)業(yè)方面的英語(yǔ)詞匯。
第二部分復(fù)試英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1.語(yǔ)言準(zhǔn)確性(語(yǔ)法和用詞的準(zhǔn)確性、語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性、詞匯的豐富程度、發(fā)音的準(zhǔn)確性);
2.話語(yǔ)的長(zhǎng)短和連貫性(內(nèi)容的連貫性、尋找合適詞語(yǔ)而造成的停頓頻率及長(zhǎng)短、表達(dá)思想的語(yǔ)言長(zhǎng)短等);
3.語(yǔ)言的靈活性和適合性(語(yǔ)言表達(dá)是否靈活、自然,話語(yǔ)是否得體,語(yǔ)言能否與語(yǔ)境、動(dòng)能和目的相適應(yīng))。
英語(yǔ)面試如何應(yīng)對(duì)?
1.Tell me about yourself/ How would you describe yourself?
跟我談?wù)勀阕约?你會(huì)如何描述你自己?
You walk into the interview room, shake hands with your interviewer and sit down with your best interviewing smile on. Guess what their first question is? “Tell me about yourself.” Your interviewer is not looking for a 10-minute dissertation here. Instead, offer a razor sharp sentence or two that sets the stage for further discussion and sets you apart from your competitor.

Give them “your synopsis about you” answer, specifically your Unique Selling Proposition. Known as a personal branding or a value-added statement, the USP is a succinct, one-sentence description of who you are, your biggest strength and the major benefit that a company will derive from this strength. Here is an example of a Unique Selling Proposition: “I’m a seasoned Retail Manager strong in developing training programs and loss prevention techniques that have resulted in revenue savings of over $2.3Million for (employer’s name) during the past 11 years.”

How would you describe yourself?

Were they looking for initiative, a good communicator, someone with good attention to detail? Describe yourself in these terms. Start with “I am..” and not with “I think…” or “I believe..” so that you sound self aware and confident.

3、What do you look for in a job?

This is really a question about suitability, though we‘ve included it here.Focus on the advert criteria and you won’t go far wrong. For example, if the advert called for someone to lead others, you might say:
