　　寫辭職信的語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實，不要顯出絲毫的虛情假意。好的辭職信不僅會取得對方的理解，還會增進彼此的感情，為以后可能的合作打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。在寫作過程中，一定要盡可能提供比較合理的理由。

　　辭職信開頭常用句式：?

　　This is to inform you that I intend to resign from my current potion.

　　I am writing to inform you about my decision of resignation.

　　I feel very sorry for having to give up my position as...

　　辭職信結(jié)尾常用句式：?

　　I sincerely hope that you approve of my resignation. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

　　I would appreciate it if you would accept my resignation before...
