一、信函寫作：稱呼、正文、落款

1、審題—-判斷是個人書信&事務(wù)公函

決定：

語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達，不用縮略語（對公）

半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達（對私）

非正式：（一般不考）——It depends

呼語： 特定的寫信對象：Dear XX

不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam， or To Whom It May Concern

2、正文

三段（8句）：寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待。

3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排

A.基本結(jié)構(gòu)

Dear…。，

表示祝賀，為之高興；

祝賀緣由，勞有所獲；

寄予期望，取得更大成就；

再次祝賀。
