原發(fā)性肝癌的螺旋CT雙期增強特征及其診斷價值

【摘  要】  目的：探討原發(fā)性肝癌的螺旋CT雙期增強特征及其診斷價值。材料和方法：回顧性分析56例經(jīng)臨床及手術病理證實的原發(fā)性肝癌雙期增強表現(xiàn)。結果：56例共發(fā)現(xiàn)82個病灶。平掃呈低密度或等密度；肝動脈期91％強化，9％無明顯強化；門脈期76％呈低密度或稍低密度，病灶密度呈“速升速降”的變化特點。結論：螺旋CT雙期掃描可充分反映原發(fā)性肝癌的特征，對肝癌的檢出和定性準確率的提高有重要價值。【關鍵詞】 肝腫瘤；螺旋CT； 診斷 The diagnoses value of dual phase spiral CT in  primary hepatocellular carcinoma and scanning characteristic.  【Abstract】Objective: Evaluation the characteristic and diagnoses value with dual phase spiral CT in primary hepatocellular Carcinoma. Material and methods : We review analyse 56 examples hepatocellular Carcinoma that had approved by pathology verify or surgical operation dual-phase spiral CT scanning characteristic. Results: 56 examples find 82 focuses altogether. They were reveal the low density or the low density slightly in plain scanning; 91% of Primary liver cancer were enhanced in arterial phase. 9% were not enhanced obviously; 76% were reveal the low density or the low density slightly in portal venous phase, focus presents the change characteristic of" rising and lower rapidly " by density. conclusion: Dual phase spiral CT is a important value in the detection and charaterization of primary hepatocellular Carcinoma , it can improve rate of accuracy examine and determine the nature .【Key Words】 Liver neoplasm,   Spiral CT,  Diagnoses     以往常規(guī)CT掃描時間較長，很難抓住全肝的動脈期，定性診斷有一定困難。近年來出現(xiàn)的螺旋CT，掃描速度快，一次注射造影劑可獲得全肝動脈期、門脈期和延遲期像，提高了肝癌的檢出率和診斷的準確率�，F(xiàn)對56例原發(fā)性肝癌的螺旋CT雙期增強掃描表現(xiàn)進行分析，旨在探
