新農村建設中的環(huán)境問題及其對策

摘要： 分析了我國農村地區(qū)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)導致農村環(huán)境污染難以解決的主要原因是環(huán)境保護意識淡漠,農業(yè)生產粗放,環(huán)境管理思想和治理模式與農村現(xiàn)實相脫離,環(huán)境保護科研力量薄弱.為有效解決農村環(huán)境問題,應加強宣傳,增強農村環(huán)境保護意識;大力發(fā)展生態(tài)農業(yè);加強農村飲水安全及生活用水處理;進行農村生活垃圾分類收集和資源化利用;健全基層環(huán)保機構,加大環(huán)保執(zhí)法力度,有效控制鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)污染;加大資金投入,抓好基礎設施建設;積極推進城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)園區(qū)建設;加強農村環(huán)境保護科研工作,加快新技術的推廣應用.
