重慶市主城排水系統(tǒng)及污水處理方案的比較
摘要： 山地城市排水規(guī)劃是城市排水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃中較為復(fù)雜的。重慶市主城排水系統(tǒng)的污水處理方案從以自然匯水區(qū)為主的排水和處理方案轉(zhuǎn)為集中截流處理的方案，經(jīng)歷過數(shù)年的爭論。作者用系統(tǒng)論的方法，結(jié)合技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和政治等多因素研究，對(duì)重慶市主城排水系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的方案進(jìn)行了討論，從系統(tǒng)工程的角度得出了與爭論結(jié)果一致的結(jié)論，并建議今后這類規(guī)劃必須多角度、多學(xué)科、多范圍的進(jìn)行綜合論證，并且從法定程序上予以保證。 Abstract： It's more complex to program drainage plan in mountainous city .Now there are some changes in Chongqing, one of these changes is treatment wastewater from natural water sections to few centralized area. In this paper systems theory is adopted and many factors are combined with such as technology, economics, society and politics to discuss drainage project in main districts of Chongqing and draw a conclusion as the argument result. So the article suggests that it is necessary to collegiate argumentation with different point of views, differents subjects and different ranges.
