TiO2納米管/UV/O3對(duì)腐殖酸的降解及應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)
摘要:用自制的二氧化鈦納米管(TNTs)作為催化劑,對(duì)腐殖酸進(jìn)行TNTs/UV/O3工藝降解研究,優(yōu)化了工藝參數(shù),對(duì)相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了研究.結(jié)果表明,在最佳工藝條件下,本工藝對(duì)總有機(jī)碳(TOC)去除率高達(dá)80.12%,顯示了很好的降解能力.投加叔丁醇的實(shí)驗(yàn)得出TNTs/UV/O3對(duì)腐殖酸的降解遵循羥基自由基理論.從無機(jī)碳(IC)的角度分析得出,高pH值易于CO2溶解,從而使原水IC值增大,有助于反應(yīng)過程中IC值的積累,無機(jī)碳多以CO32-及HCO3存在,對(duì)·OH有很強(qiáng)的抑制作用.隨著反應(yīng)時(shí)間的推移,催化劑污染越來越嚴(yán)重,一定階段后污染率達(dá)到最大值,隨后污染情況得到改善.TNTs對(duì)TiO2/UV/O3工藝具有很好的催化性能.Abstract:In this paper, degradation of humic acid was studied by the combined technical of photocatalysis and ozonation which was catalyzed by TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs). The technological parameters were optimized and the applied bases concerned were studied. The result shows that the rate of TOC removal of humic acid by TNTs/UV/O3 reaches 80.12% under the optimal condition. It proves that radical reaction played the main role in humic acid degradation by TNTs/UV/O3. The mechanism of pH value on this technic was analyzed by inorganic carbon (IC). At high pH value,CO2 was easily dissolved so that the value of original IC was increased, which easily accumulated IC in the reaction. The IC mainly existed in CO32-and HCO3-,which had obvious inhibition to·OH.The pollution of catalyst was increased with time extending in the reaction. After a period of time, its pollution rate would reach the maximum. Then, its pollution would be improved.
