Everyone has some sort [sorts]of need to show off, not one’s completely immune, not you, and not I .however[However], as to whether it is a blessing or a curse, people take different attitudes. Some people think that showing off are offensive and not acceptable, like showoffs motivated by a fierce competitiveness, and like narcissistic showoffs that are willing to do anything to be and to stay the center of attention. [Some people think that showing off are offensive and not acceptable. For example, showoffs that motivated by a fierce competitiveness and narcissistic showoffs that is willing to do anything to be and to stay the center of attention.]As far as I am concerned, everything has a good side and a bad side, and show off is no exception. Especially showoffs motivated.
On the one hand, showoffs motivated [are motivated]make themselves more optimistic. To begin with, [At the beginning]there is enough good and bad in everyone’s life. Ample sorrow and happiness, sufficient joy and pain .however,[However] they are always choosing to laugh, as the proverb goes:” an [An]optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity, a pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity.” what is more, they believe that the good in life far outweighs the bad, they are able to solve problems with more confidence.
On the other hand, the negative aspects of narcissistic showoffs are also obvious; first of all, they are brag and nonstop. they are not hard work with a strong will, we often hear people say:” with a strong will, an iron rod can be sharpened into a needle.” in addition, they are always blame [blaming]their own laziness when they are unable to get out of difficulties.
All in all, all the evidence above points to the conclusion that show off is acceptable ,it has some demerits and merits, but it has become a necessity of modern life ,we cannot imagine how the life is like without show off.
