首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師對我的信任和支持，給我這個機會參加競聘演講。
20xx年我畢業(yè)于北華大學(xué)外語學(xué)院師范英語專業(yè)，四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)讓我掌握了扎實的語言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅持利用業(yè)余時間學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。通過一年的教學(xué)工作，我的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競聘的是高二年級理科英語教師，之所以競聘這個崗位，基于以下三點原因：
一了解并熱愛我的學(xué)生這一屆高一學(xué)生從入學(xué)開始就擔(dān)任一二班的英語教學(xué)工作。在一年的教學(xué)實踐中，我揣摩著，嘗試著，與他們真誠溝通交流著，已經(jīng)非常熟悉每個學(xué)生的性格特點和學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀，這為教學(xué)工作的進(jìn)一步開展，奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
二我有扎實的專業(yè)知識我深知英語學(xué)科在學(xué)�；緦W(xué)科教學(xué)中的地位和作用，明確英語教師的職責(zé)和任務(wù)，也明白英語教師所應(yīng)必備的素質(zhì)和要求，所以，自工作以來，我始終不忘學(xué)習(xí)，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，不斷豐富提高自己。
三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢我正當(dāng)青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學(xué)工作中去。這一點也深受學(xué)生喜愛。
為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時間學(xué)習(xí)了《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強調(diào)教學(xué)要面向全體學(xué)生，注重素質(zhì)教育，特別強調(diào)要關(guān)注每個學(xué)生的情感，激發(fā)他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習(xí)的成就感和自信心。所以在教學(xué)中，我始終以學(xué)生為中心，發(fā)揮他們的主體作用，采用以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)思路，充分考慮學(xué)生的現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)，興趣愛好，學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格等差異。讓學(xué)生體驗和積極參與，建構(gòu)知識，形成積極的態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語言實際運用能力的提高。
假如我能夠通過競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個方面改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)工作，提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
一更加科學(xué)規(guī)范的做好日常教學(xué)工作，根據(jù)實際情況，在順應(yīng)課改潮流的前提下，認(rèn)真落實各項教學(xué)常規(guī)工作，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)中有升。
二加強個人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。進(jìn)一步樹立自己強烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，加強自己的工作能力，努力調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，力爭在教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)實力，在工組中保持動力，在創(chuàng)新中增加壓力，在與學(xué)生同事的交往中體現(xiàn)凝聚力。
三針對我校學(xué)生實際，分析學(xué)情，尤其對英語學(xué)困生分析了成因：
1對英語不感興趣2錯誤歸因：一些學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)過程中遇到困難或失敗時，錯誤地把原因歸結(jié)于自己的能力，認(rèn)為自己不是學(xué)習(xí)英語的材料，因此放棄嘗試和應(yīng)有的努力，聽之任之。3元認(rèn)知欠缺：有的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)無目標(biāo)，隨意性大；課上被動地聽課，等待老師布置作業(yè)；遇到問題時，不懂采用任何補救措施，這些都是元認(rèn)知的表現(xiàn)，也是造成學(xué)業(yè)不良的重要原因。
轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)困生的具體措施：
1.培養(yǎng)興趣，正面激勵
困擾英語學(xué)困生的最根本原因是興趣和信心的問題。所以，我們在轉(zhuǎn)化英語學(xué)困生的時侯，關(guān)鍵要找到他的興趣點，激發(fā)他的興趣，使他具有學(xué)習(xí)英語的內(nèi)在動力。
2.確立目標(biāo)，激發(fā)動機
指導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)和認(rèn)知水平確立學(xué)期目標(biāo)。這個目標(biāo)不能定的太高，必須是經(jīng)過努力可以達(dá)到的'，并使他們認(rèn)識到這個目標(biāo)的最終實現(xiàn)需要以完成每天的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)。這些短期目標(biāo)是學(xué)困生日常學(xué)習(xí)的動力，可以防止他們?nèi)齑螋~兩天曬網(wǎng)。
3.指導(dǎo)策略，樹立信心
有計劃按步驟的指導(dǎo)他們學(xué)習(xí)運用合適的學(xué)習(xí)策略，提高英語學(xué)習(xí)效率。
記單詞是學(xué)困生的最大困難，訓(xùn)練他們的單詞記憶策略。如
�。�1）拼讀策略。多數(shù)學(xué)困生習(xí)慣用機械重復(fù)的方法記單詞，這種方法費時低效。英語單詞有90％是符合讀音規(guī)則的，根據(jù)讀音去記單詞，可以提高效率。
�。�2）分類組織策略。根據(jù)單詞的音形方面的特征進(jìn)行歸類記憶。如同音異義詞。
�。�3）詞綴策略。滲透英語單詞常見的前綴后綴。
希望通過以上措施能夠轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)困生，提高他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績。
除此之外，我競聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集體的靈魂所在。……

本冊書的總體目標(biāo)：
1。聽說讀53個單詞，33個句子，7組對話，
2。聽懂會唱5首歌曲，
3。聽說讀3個趣味小故事并表演，
4。聽說讀寫nn—zz十三個字母的大小寫。
全書共九個單元，八個話題，第九單元為復(fù)習(xí)單元，所以我將重點談?wù)勄鞍藗�單元，第一二單元為一個話題：animal，第三四單元為一個話題：my living spaces and area，地五六單元為一個話題：water，第七八單元為一個話題：summer。各單元都緊緊圍繞孩子們的生活設(shè)置，趣味性很強，孩子也很感興趣。
本學(xué)期依然遵循聽說領(lǐng)先，讀寫跟進(jìn)的的教學(xué)原則，繼續(xù)激發(fā)孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，增強他們的自信心與成就感，為以后的學(xué)習(xí)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
下面我重點從聽說讀寫四方面向大家介紹一下本期的教學(xué)方法：
聽：課堂上我會堅持全英授課，盡量多使用學(xué)過的單詞和句子，在學(xué)習(xí)新知識的同時，鞏固復(fù)習(xí)舊知識，每一節(jié)課抽出三到五分鐘的時間聽錄音，潛移默化地提高孩子的聽力水平；在外教的口語課上，我盡量少翻譯，盡可能讓孩子充分的感知語言，這樣更能激發(fā)孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，增強他們學(xué)習(xí)的自信心與成就感。
說：有句話是這樣說的：“汽車是開出來的，游泳是游出來的，英語是說出來的，”本期我們依然會加強口語教學(xué)；在熟讀課文甚至背誦的基礎(chǔ)之上，利用課前五分鐘，要求孩子通過自由對話的形式說出來；鼓勵孩子勇于創(chuàng)編，以小組為單位，通過小短劇的形式表演出來，進(jìn)一步提高英語口語表達(dá)能力；此外，鼓勵孩子主動與外教交流，提升孩子們學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心與成就感。
讀：課堂上要求孩子能夠熟讀背誦課文內(nèi)容，家長也可以在家里鼓勵孩子背誦當(dāng)天所學(xué)知識，及時了解孩子學(xué)習(xí)情況。
寫：本冊書要求孩子能夠熟練的默寫26個英文字母。按照要求寫出大寫和小寫字母，另外我在課堂上還要求孩子規(guī)范的書寫學(xué)過的單詞和句子。
通過我們的努力，能夠讓孩子在聽說讀寫四個方面得到綜合的'提高，為今后的學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)。
