　　I wish to make a complaint about a salesman .

　　Recently,I bought a computer in your shop.To my disappointment,the computer couldn't be used normally .So I took it toyour shop yesterday .I just repair it or exchange it.Unfortunately,one of your salesman took no notice of me.What's worse ,he is very rude to me .I'm convinced that he could have explained to me in a polite manner .

　　I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.I do hope you could improve the situation.It's advisable for you to take measures and deal with it properly.
