Sometimes thinking about nothing can accomplish as much or more than having your mind full of thoughts.

Start journaling and write down your thoughts. Sometimes, getting your thoughts down on paper lets you analyze them more clearly, and worry about them less. Even if you aren't aspectacular artist, it feels good to doodle or create something of your own. Writing, drawing, and painting can be relaxing, and also give you a sense of accomplishment when you create something you really like.
