英語(yǔ)面試：個(gè)人技能篇(competence)

　　在面試時(shí)，個(gè)人技能主要指除了專業(yè)之外的、能對(duì)你的專業(yè)發(fā)展有幫助的一些技能。也許你有很多技能，也不必一一列出，最好只說那些與應(yīng)聘崗位相關(guān)的資格認(rèn)證或者技能。最突出的就是外語(yǔ)能力，比如英語(yǔ)水平和日語(yǔ)水平怎樣，以及電腦知識(shí)，這些都可以被看作是應(yīng)聘者的技能。

　　有時(shí)候面試中招聘者會(huì)提問應(yīng)聘者有關(guān)工作目標(biāo)的問題，目的就是了解應(yīng)聘者做事的風(fēng)格，以及應(yīng)聘者對(duì)這份工作的看法。當(dāng)然由于應(yīng)聘者還不是很了解自己所應(yīng)聘的工作，在回答問題時(shí)并不一定面面俱到，因?yàn)樵趯?shí)際當(dāng)中會(huì)碰到自己計(jì)劃中所沒有考慮到的問題，所以大致說明自己的計(jì)劃目標(biāo)就好了。
