　　您好!我是來自華東理工大學(xué)化工學(xué)院卓越XX班的***，來自山東省濟(jì)南市，于XX年進(jìn)入華東理工大學(xué)化工學(xué)院化學(xué)工程與工藝(材料化學(xué)方向)學(xué)習(xí)，于XX年度被卓越工程師班選入，成為卓越XX班的一員。經(jīng)過大學(xué)前三年緊張充實(shí)的大學(xué)生活，我的成績(jī)達(dá)到了保送研究生的資格，并且獲得了XX年免試保送研究生候選人的名額，現(xiàn)將個(gè)人的部分情況列于下文，供各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參考。

　　1.學(xué)術(shù)背景

　　大學(xué)大一到大三的三年學(xué)習(xí)中，本人學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)明確，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，勤奮刻苦、孜孜不倦，綜合成績(jī)一直名列年級(jí)前茅，曾獲綜合課程2等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、綜合課程一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、綜合課程特等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金各一次，在學(xué)院保研候選人中名列前10。學(xué)習(xí)之余，我也沒有忘記課本之外的其他輔助技能的學(xué)習(xí)，軟件上能熟練使用包括office在內(nèi)的很多軟件，如AutoCAD、Aspen Plus、Matlab、ProII、Hextran、Smart Plant 3D等，外語上通過了CET4、CET6等級(jí)考試。我的優(yōu)秀課程在于反應(yīng)工程、化工原理等專業(yè)課，相對(duì)來說大類基礎(chǔ)課程如高等數(shù)學(xué)有一些薄弱，但是總體來說成績(jī)還是不錯(cuò)的。

　　2.科研經(jīng)歷

　　我于XX年下半年度報(bào)名參加了全國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，采用的是學(xué)生自擬課題“超臨界二氧化碳發(fā)泡環(huán)氧樹脂及表征”，該課題申請(qǐng)到了上海市級(jí)資助，目前我們小組已經(jīng)完成了實(shí)驗(yàn)中環(huán)氧樹脂的溶脹實(shí)驗(yàn)，正在通過調(diào)整溶解時(shí)間、溶解壓力、固化時(shí)間、固化溫度等參數(shù)來篩選合適的發(fā)泡條件。在XX年的“華東理工大學(xué)-亞什蘭”杯化工創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐大賽中，我們小組抽到了“乙醇-乙醇鈉溶液制備”的任務(wù)書，經(jīng)過詳細(xì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)劃和實(shí)驗(yàn)操作，我們小組采用精餾塔，對(duì)乙醇和水的混合蒸汽通過外回流并利用3A分子篩通過選擇性吸附除去反應(yīng)中水分的實(shí)驗(yàn)最終獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)。在化工設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域，參加了XX年“中石化-三井杯”化工設(shè)計(jì)大賽，雖然在比賽中沒有獲得較好的名次但是通過這次比賽學(xué)到了很多有關(guān)化工設(shè)計(jì)方面的知識(shí)，比如利用軟件模擬工廠流程、繪制PID和PFD圖、精餾塔的詳細(xì)計(jì)算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的內(nèi)容，作為卓越班的學(xué)生，班級(jí)還組織過很多工廠的參觀活動(dòng)，對(duì)一些化工廠的布置、企業(yè)文化有基礎(chǔ)的了解。另外，在XX年底的科訓(xùn)活動(dòng)中，我在金山的一個(gè)�？茖W(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)了一些工廠工人的基本技能如法蘭的連接、泵的調(diào)整等。

　　2.研究生階段的打算

　　研究生階段，我想首先是要把一開始的基礎(chǔ)課程知識(shí)都學(xué)好，建立合理的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，盡量廣泛的涉獵學(xué)科知識(shí)，深入的了解所學(xué)領(lǐng)域的歷史，掌握獨(dú)立的研究方法和技能，學(xué)習(xí)更多的研究方法，并且要強(qiáng)化自己的規(guī)范意識(shí)，訓(xùn)練自己寫論文的表達(dá)能力。其次研究生階段必不可少的就是要做一些研究，跟導(dǎo)師做也好，自己做也好，把知識(shí)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際，最后要有總結(jié)自己所做研究的能力，寫好自己的畢業(yè)論文，為以后的博士生階段做好準(zhǔn)備。

　　無論是本科生還是研究生，外語的能力都是很重要的，所以研究生階段也不能放棄英語的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)好英語，提高自己的四六級(jí)成績(jī)或是考一下托福等語言等級(jí)測(cè)試，有機(jī)會(huì)的話可以選擇出國進(jìn)行一段研究工作，了解一些國際前沿的化工知識(shí)，回國后有更多發(fā)揮所學(xué)知識(shí)的余地。我對(duì)于煤化工、石油裂解、反應(yīng)器等方面比較感興趣，希望能夠從事相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究工作。研究生階段除了學(xué)習(xí)之外，還要培養(yǎng)自己的外語能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí)等相關(guān)社會(huì)技能，在將來進(jìn)入企業(yè)工作之后能夠做到獨(dú)當(dāng)一面，帶領(lǐng)科研小組完成科研任務(wù)。

　　研究生也是人生的一個(gè)重要階段，如果能夠順利的成為華東理工大學(xué)研究生院的一員，我一定會(huì)努力好好把握這幾年的時(shí)間，讓自己的能力更上一層樓，將來成為一個(gè)對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人才!
