2.你的目標(biāo)是什么?你寫求職信的目的是什么,是想獲得一個具體的職務(wù),一次面試的機(jī)會或僅僅希望有人通過電話花10~15分鐘與你談一下有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的總的情況。
3.你以為此雇主或職位提供的三至五個優(yōu)點或優(yōu)勢。如果你是針對某個具體的職位而寫此信,那么所列的你的優(yōu)點應(yīng)該就是招聘廣告上需求的;如果你不是針對具體的職位的話,就按通常的所需知識和經(jīng)歷來考慮。
4.如何把你的經(jīng)歷與此職位掛鉤? 請列舉二個具體的你曾獲得的成就,它們能證明你在第三問中所提的你的優(yōu)點。
5.你為什么想為此機(jī)構(gòu)或雇主服務(wù)? 你對他們的了解有多少?關(guān)于他們的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)、任務(wù)、企業(yè)文化、目標(biāo)、宗旨等一切與你自己的背景、價值觀和目標(biāo)相關(guān)聯(lián)的東西。 當(dāng)你對以上5個問題考慮成熟之后,就可以開始寫求職信了。
