附:上司通知我公司急需招聘一名業(yè)務(wù)代表，并且老板有言在先，這次招聘的業(yè)務(wù)代表不同往常，重要的是他是不是一個注重細節(jié)的人。所以，上司一再強調(diào)在招聘啟事中要把老板提出的責任心和細心放在首位。
我們公司雖是一家知名企業(yè)，但要在短時間內(nèi)找一位符合老板要求的人還是有點困難，我決定在招聘啟事里做點“文章”。我的啟事是這樣寫的：本公司急需招聘一名業(yè)務(wù)代表，男女不限，大專以上學歷，電子專業(yè)，要求能適應激烈的市場“竟爭”，有較強的責任心和敬業(yè)精神，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先錄取。
第二天，我的展位很快就吸引了幾位應聘者。我問站在最前面的一位男士是否符合招聘啟事上的要求，他胸有成竹地說自己有兩年的業(yè)務(wù)代表工作經(jīng)歷。我讓他把招聘內(nèi)容念一遍，他用極標準的普通話大方地念了起來，我問是否發(fā)現(xiàn)有不當?shù)牡胤剑帜盍艘槐楹蠛芸隙ǖ負u了搖頭，我有些失望。另外幾位求職者有的說里面的句子不通順，有的說沒有公司的詳細地址，還有的說招聘廣告寫得不規(guī)范，卻沒有一個人發(fā)現(xiàn)廣告中真正的問題。
快到11時了，我有些著急，就指著招聘廣告大聲說：誰能指出招聘廣告的不當之處，下午就可到公司面試。
話音剛落，展位立即擠滿了人，有個女孩高興得喊出了聲，她滿懷信心地向我展示她的湖南大學畢業(yè)證書，并說她是剛踏出校門的應屆生，找了一個多月的工作，皆因沒有工作經(jīng)驗而被拒絕。她還說一定能夠勝任業(yè)務(wù)代表這個工作崗位，因為之所以選擇從做業(yè)務(wù)開始，邁出走向社會的第一步，就是要適應市場競爭。隨后她拿起筆將啟事上“竟爭”兩字改為“競爭”。這時旁邊的人才恍然大悟，我開心地笑了，并告訴她下午到公司面試。
回到公司，上司告訴我，上午招聘的女孩老板很滿意，我點了點頭，始終沒有說出上午招聘的過程。
