“有一定社會資源者,學歷要求可適當放寬”,昨天,在高新區(qū)人力資源市場舉辦的招聘會上,市區(qū)一家證券公司的招聘廣告,讓應屆畢業(yè)生吳勁波有些茫然,“社會關系重過學歷能力,單位是在用人還是在拉關系?”記者證實,當前在市場尚未恢復的情況下,尤其以服務和營銷為主的用人單位,除對員工年齡、學歷等有要求外,都特別強調(diào)應聘者的“社會資源”。
吳勁波畢業(yè)于南京一所本科院校市場營銷專業(yè),昨天來應聘這家證券公司的銷售崗位!霸诖_認自己是本地戶籍后,對方繼續(xù)追問社會關系,自己的親戚朋友同學,還有父母工作單位都問了!眳峭瑢W告訴記者,招聘方直言不諱,稱干他們這行,說白了就是靠關系,一張白紙是很難做下去的,“能拉來大戶就是最強的能力,比啥學歷啥水平都強”。他有些無奈,自己來自城市普通家庭,沒什么“資源”,用人單位這樣做,其實是人為設置了一道不平等的門檻,剝奪了畢業(yè)生平等就業(yè)的機會。招聘現(xiàn)場,強調(diào)“社會資源”的廣告不在少數(shù),記者注意到,有的企業(yè)招聘大學生時,會先詢問有無“社會資源”,再按肯定或否定回答將簡歷分成兩沓。不少畢業(yè)生接受采訪時都表示,并非所有畢業(yè)生都有用人單位所指的“社會資源”,以此作為用人的條件,許多優(yōu)秀但沒有“關系”的畢業(yè)生就得不到機會。
昨天,蘇州友邦保險1名人事主管接受記者采訪時,道出了不少服務、銷售類企業(yè)的心聲。他認為,金融危機造成的影響尚未消除,市場尚未全面恢復,特別是服務和營銷企業(yè),要拓寬業(yè)務渠道、提升業(yè)績,就必須有強大的業(yè)務網(wǎng)絡和客戶群來支撐。標明“有社會資源者優(yōu)先”也是公司謀求發(fā)展的生存之道,挺正常,畢竟“社會資源”能帶來“快速績效”。
市人才服務中心副主任余蘇向記者表示,截至目前,在蘇就業(yè)的高校應屆畢業(yè)生中,非公企業(yè)接納人數(shù)占總量九成以上,特別是一些與業(yè)務、經(jīng)營、經(jīng)濟效益掛鉤的職位,對畢業(yè)生有這方面的需求。他認為,企業(yè)招人用人不應急功近利,而應建立一整套培訓體系,為員工提供發(fā)展空間和平臺。同時,在校大學生也應積極參加見習、實習,在提升自身就業(yè)能力的同時,增加對社會的了解,積累經(jīng)驗和能力。
