Hairy Girl
As early as 1600 years ago, Gan Bao, a litterateur in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, recorded a myth in "Women in Sweaters": "A man in Xinyu County, Yuzhang, saw six or seven women in the field, all dressed in sweaters, and did not know whether it was a bird. He crawled to get a sweater that one of his women had unscrewed, took it and hid it, and then went to all the birds. Each bird flew away, and one bird alone could not go. The man took a woman and gave birth to three women. His mothers wife asked her father, knowing that the clothes were under the rice, and she got them. She flew away, and then went back to greet the three women, and the women also had to fly away." A few words describe the Qixi The origin of the ancient myths and legends. To this day, various themes related to the descent of fairies are still widely circulated in the Xinyu area of Jiangxi Province, as well as cultural relics such as Xiannv Lake, Zhinu Cave, Yuxian Island, and Yinque Bridge.
Cowherd and Weaver Girl
As one of the important traditional festivals in China, the Qixi Festival has been given a romantic color and spread for thousands of years. It is inseparable from the story of "Cowherd and Weaver Girl" meeting on Qixi. According to legend, the granddaughter of the Heavenly Emperor, Zhinu, was skilled in weaving and would weave colorful clouds for the sky every day in the Heavenly Palace. She was tired of such a boring life, so she secretly descended to the mortal world and married a cowherd from Hexi, living a life of farming and weaving. The Heavenly Emperor, angered by this incident, captured the Weaver Girl and brought her back to the Heavenly Palace. The cowherd carried a pair of children on a pole and chased after the Heavenly Palace. The Queen Mother removed her golden hairpin and drew a Milky Way between the two, allowing them to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month. Their steadfast love moved the magpies. On the seventh day of July, countless magpies fly in and build a magpie bridge across the Milky Way, allowing the Cowherd and Weaver Girl to meet.

Seventh Sisters Birthday
According to legend, the Weaver Girl is a weaver of clouds and textiles, as well as a protector of couples, women, and children. She is commonly known as the Seven Sisters or Heavenly Fairy Goddess. One of the most important customs of Qixi Festival, "Qiqiao", originated from her birthday on July 7. Qijie was born in southern Fujian, Wenling in Zhejiang, and Taiwan, and is known as the "Qiniang Mama". The worship of Qiniang Mama is very popular among the people, and Qijie is revered as a heavenly fairy who protects the safety and health of children.

國際影響

Social aspect
Qixi Festival customs contain the pursuit of faithful love, and also promote the concept of love between husband and wife, family harmony, and promote social stability and development. In the well-known myths and legends, the various stories and character images that have been passed down to this day reflect a kind of love that is not bound by the secular world or class rules, and is mutually pleasing and pure of oneself.
In Guangdong, China, even Hong Kong and other regions, the core tradition of "begging for cleverness" is still maintained during the Qixi Festival. The original intention of Qiqiao is to create and innovate. The Chinese nation is diligent and persevering, embodying the beauty of promoting productivity and social progress through festival culture. Qixi is a wedding day. The purest and most sincere view of love in the Chinese nation is wishing to be a pair of winged birds in heaven and a pair of branches in the earth and if two feelings last for a long time, how can they last day and night . The story of Cowherd and Weaver Girl is about loyalty and perseverance. For thousands of years, the core elements of the Chinese nations view on marriage, love, and family have been formed, including raising ones eyebrows, promoting family harmony, enjoying life, and pursuing happiness.
Cultural aspect
As early as the Western Han Dynasty, the Cowherd and Weaver Girl changed from star names to mythological figures of men farming and women weaving, and were infused with festival connotations. In Huai Nan Zi and Customs Pass, there are legends of "birds and crows cross the river bridge to cross the Zhinu" and "Zhinu crosses the river on Qixi, making magpies bridge". The people then went out to see the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl meet on the Qixi night. The court also had the custom of "piercing the seven hole needle" and "dancing in the dance". Since then, Qixi has become more gentle and moving, carrying culture and evolving traditions, and has become a part of national psychological identity. Qixi inherits the essence of "perfection" and "harmony" in Chinese traditional culture. This is the crude yet simple Chinese national values and worldview, which runs through all fields and processes of traditional Chinese culture - the cosmology of "unity of heaven and man" in worship and prayer, the social view of "harmony in diversity" in love tragedies, and the moral view of "kindness in human hearts" in folk activities.
Economic aspect
"The Qixi Festival looks at the blue sky tonight, and the cowherd and the weaver girl cross the river bridge. Every family looks at the autumn moon skillfully, and wears tens of thousands of red silk." From ancient times to the present, in the poems of countless scholars and writers, the Qixi Festival always places hopes on people to obtain craftsmanship, love and romance. In recent years, the romantic nature of Qixi Festival has become more prominent. People give gifts to each other and travel together in traditional festivals. On the Qixi Festival, the love story of the ancients begging for wisdom under the moon and meeting cowherd and weaver girl on the magpie bridge was celebrated for thousands of years. In recent years, online and physical businesses are keenly aware of the business opportunities of Qixi Festival, and Qixi Festival has become an important festival for businesses to jointly promote discounts. Many shopping software will open the Qixi special reception and set up shopping pages such as "Qixi Gift Guide" and "Shopping for dating equipment" to create an atmosphere and stimulate consumption.
International influence
Although Qixi Festival is a traditional festival in China, it is very popular. Influenced by Chinese culture, Japan, South Korea and other neighboring countries also celebrate Qixi Festival. However, due to different cultures and customs, these countries also have different ways to celebrate Qixi Festival.
