　　抱怨的英文表達(dá)

　　In our daily life,it always have something that can makes you unhappy,maybe we will make a complaint at that time.It's a good idea to be as polite as possible even when complaining about something.生活中隨時(shí)可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)不順心的事情，偶爾抱怨一下也是無妨的，不過抱怨的時(shí)候最好還是顯得有素質(zhì)一點(diǎn)比較好，不要出現(xiàn)污言穢語(yǔ)。

　　making a complaint提出抱怨

　　1.Their new CD sucks.他們新出的唱片可惡心了。

　　Suck這個(gè)字在美國(guó)用的很多，它就是指很爛，很差的意思。 Suck是一個(gè)動(dòng)詞，所以在使用上跟爛這個(gè)形容詞是不太一樣的，例如你可以說， That traffic here really sucks!就是說這里的交通糟透了的意思。有時(shí)也聽得到人家用suck的形容詞sucky.

　　Suck這個(gè)字的原意是指用嘴巴吸的意思，所以有人就設(shè)計(jì)了這么一個(gè)吸果凍的比賽。規(guī)則很簡(jiǎn)單，就是不能用手，只能用嘴巴把果凍吸光。

　　所以比賽一開始，只聽到觀眾大喊， Hey, you suck!表面上聽來是說，你快點(diǎn)吸的意思，事實(shí)上則是暗地里罵人爛的意思。

　　2.I am sick and tired of doing homework. 我對(duì)做作業(yè)感到厭煩。

　　Sick and tired of something可以視之為一個(gè)片語(yǔ)，所以并沒有sick （生�。┑囊馑荚诶锩�！例如販賣機(jī)老是吃錢，你也可以說I am sick and tired of this vending machine.還有一句話也很有趣， I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired. 就是說你對(duì)于老是感到厭煩已經(jīng)感到十分厭煩了，我想這是很多都市人共同的心聲吧。

　　3.I am terrible/horrible.我很糟糕。

　　這句并不是說我很可怕或恐怖的意思。 terrible翻成中文的意思是糟糕。有時(shí)他們也會(huì)用terrible來形容一個(gè)教授， He is so terrible,就是說這個(gè)老師教的很爛，而不是說他很會(huì)嚇人。要是用terrible來形容一樣?xùn)|西，則表示該樣?xùn)|西很糟糕，例如形容食物，如The food is terrible,說的當(dāng)然就是食物很難吃了

　　Horrible跟terrible的意思可說是一模一樣，兩者可以互換使用，例如， The coffee is horrible. 或是Our professor is horrible.

　　下面在介紹幾句常用的用于提出抱怨的句子：

　　1. i’m afraid i have a complaint to make.恐怕我要提點(diǎn)意見。

　　2. i’m sorry to say this,but there seems to be a mistake.對(duì)不起，這兒好像有個(gè)錯(cuò)。

　　1.I'm so pissed off with his attitude. 我對(duì)他的態(tài)度感到非常反感。

　　Piss原意是上小號(hào)的意思，但是現(xiàn)在幾乎沒有人會(huì)用piss來代表上小號(hào)的意思了，反而是常用在pissed-off這個(gè)片語(yǔ)上，指的是反感，厭惡的意思。例如老美會(huì)說He pissed me off.就是說他把我給惹毛了。補(bǔ)充一點(diǎn)就是上小號(hào)可以有很多講法，例如pee, take a piss, take a slash, relieve myself, take a number one,等等。

　　2.That movie was a turn-off. 那部電影真是讓我倒盡胃口。

　　Turn-off就是讓你倒胃口的東西，而turn-on則是你非常喜歡的東西。例如你說She is a turn-off.就表示說你對(duì)她是一點(diǎn)興趣都沒有。

　　要是She is a turn-on,那就表示你對(duì)她蠻有興趣的。此外， turn-on跟turn-off也可以當(dāng)成一種個(gè)人喜好上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比如說徵友吧，你說，我不想要低于160 cm的，則低于160就是你的turn-off,也等于What's not.如果說我喜歡住在美國(guó)的，那"住在美國(guó)"就是你的turn-on.(www.oriental01.com)另也有人說把turn-on說成What's hot.把turn off說成What's not.大家可以看情況自行運(yùn)用。Turn on當(dāng)成動(dòng)詞的時(shí)候也非常普遍，你可以說， The movie totally turns me on或是she turns me on.

　　3.You are mean. 你很壞。

　　Mean這個(gè)字當(dāng)形容詞可以有二種解釋，一種是指別人很壞，這種壞并不是說是壞人的壞，而是像有時(shí)候男生喜歡耍貧嘴，虧女孩子，這種行為你就可以說他， You are so mean.

　　另外一種mean則是解釋成"賤".就是指它的行為很讓人瞧不起，比如說吧！有一只貓，你拿東西給它吃，它就過來跟你親熱，你沒東西給它吃它就躲的遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)的，這樣的行為你就可以用mean來形容。你可以說The cat is so mean.

　　有時(shí)候mean在口語(yǔ)中也可以當(dāng)成cool的意思喔！例如別人看到一輛很拉風(fēng)的跑車，他說， "Wow, look at that car, that is mean!"在這里不可能說一部車很賤，以這個(gè)mean就是當(dāng)成cool來解釋。

　　最后介紹幾種表示對(duì)某事不滿意抱怨的句子：

　　1. that won’t do.這可不行。

　　2. is that it?就這個(gè)嗎？

　　3. is that all?就這些嗎？

　　4. i’m afraid it just isn’t good enough.恐怕這不夠好。

　　5. that’s not what i had in mind.我想要的可不是這個(gè)。

　　6. it’s not what i hoped for.我期待的可不是這樣的。

　　7. that leaves a lot to be desired.太不讓人滿意了。

　　8. that doesn’t quite suit me.我對(duì)次不甚滿意。

　　9. i was hoping for more.我原以為會(huì)比這要好。

　　10. i was counting on more.我期待著會(huì)比這要多

　　如何抱怨人？

　　1.You're so stupid. 真是愚蠢。

　　Stupid這個(gè)字很好用，它含有輕視，不以為然的味道在里面，比如說考試題目出的很爛，你就可以說， that's a stupid test.或是有人在冬天的時(shí)候提議去游泳，你的反應(yīng)大概就會(huì)是， That's a stupid idea.

　　個(gè)人覺得stupid不單只是笨的意思，還有愚蠢的味道在里面。中文里說：

　　"笨笨的"還有點(diǎn)可愛的味道，但英文中的stupid則比較像是我們說的愚蠢的意思，聽來一點(diǎn)也不可愛。

　　2.You scared/frightened me! 你嚇到我了。

　　被驚嚇到時(shí)就是這么說的，或是也可以說，I am scared.此外，自己被嚇到你也可以說，I am scared或是I am frightened.

　　Scare跟frightene的意思完全相同，可以隨便選一個(gè)來用。

　　3.He is shaky. 他不太可靠。

　　Shaky是指動(dòng)搖不穩(wěn)定，不太確定，通常就是指一個(gè)人不太可靠。另外Shaky也可以用來形容數(shù)據(jù)，像是在課常上說，The data is shaky,就是說這些data怪怪的，不太可靠。 Shaky另外有一個(gè)慣用法， He has a shaky start.就是說有人要上臺(tái)報(bào)告準(zhǔn)備卻不夠充份，以致一上去就開始緊張，冒冷汗，不知所云，這種情況老美就會(huì)說， He has a shaky start.或是另一個(gè)很意思很接近的說法， "He has a bumpy ride."

　　上上期節(jié)目中我們談到即便要抱怨，也要文明，不能帶有粗話或者歧視，像下面這句話一樣的就不行啊！

　　Don't act like black. 不要跟黑人一樣。

　　雖然現(xiàn)在都已經(jīng)快要邁入二十一世紀(jì)了，不過時(shí)至今日還是有些白人會(huì)歧視黑人的，尤其是老一輩的白人，有時(shí)候他們的孩子作錯(cuò)了什么事，他們還會(huì)罵說Don't act black.但是這是句非常有種族歧視的話，不要亂用，當(dāng)然也希望各位國(guó)人來到國(guó)外時(shí)要為華人爭(zhēng)一點(diǎn)面子，不要讓外國(guó)人說Don't ac like Chinese.那樣就很不好了。
