　　There are many ways to keep it. First, those who are always on the go from morning till night should find time to relax because too much strewill affect their health. Second, enough time should be left for sleep because that will help one become rested and refreshed. Finally, regular physical exercises benefit one's health a lot. 　　最近社會刮起了一陣英語風，我那60多歲的奶奶想了一想，感覺自己落伍了，于是纏著我教她英語。面對一個毫無基礎的“學生”，我為師是一百個不愿意。但奶奶那么誠懇，我只好答應了她。

　　初次上課，我翻出一堆英文字母，來到客廳。此時的奶奶已經搬上小板凳，坐在客廳等候多時了。她兩只眼睛炯炯有神地盯著小黑板，我拿出字母A,讀到A。奶奶也專注地讀道：“哎!”我一聽，笑得前俯后仰，連忙糾正。經過幾個來回，奶奶終于會讀字母A了，她高興得像小孩似的`手舞足蹈。我又教奶奶字母O,我念道O,奶奶說：“這個簡單，哦�！薄澳棠�，應該讀O!”我糾正著奶奶的發(fā)音。奶奶竟跟我撒起嬌來：“就算我會了吧，好不好?”看著奶奶可憐的眼神，我這個小老師也只能無可奈何地搖搖頭，奶奶就這樣把一個小字母混了過去。
